At La Vida Bella Private Boat Tours, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve designed our refund policy to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the best experience for all our guests.
Refunds and Cancellations
- 48 hours or more prior to your excursion date: You will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.
- Less than 48 hours prior to your tour date: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or make changes to your reservation. This includes no-shows and late arrivals.
Please make sure to arrive at the designated time for your tour to avoid any inconvenience.
Special Policy for Cruise Ship Guests
We know that cruise schedules can change unexpectedly. That’s why we offer a full refund if your cruise ship misses port or is canceled, even on the day of your cruise’s arrival.
Changes to Your Reservation
If you need to modify your booking:

- All changes are subject to availability.
- Please note that a rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the nature of the change and the notice given.
